Halloween Part 2 - The Elf Sacrifice to Commune with ancestors
In Pre-Christian Scandinavia, the time of Halloween was called the Alfablot or the Elf Sacrifice. During this time of year, the veil between the land of the living and the land of the dead was so thin, the ancestors were thought to be able to manifest and speak to people. This was such a holy time of year that christians were not allowed on pagan property for fear they would offend the Elves (ancestors). There are historical reports of pagans driving christians off their lands with torches and pitchforks. -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- NEW online Course in Master Shamanism! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ms31bEmXqUE -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-
